Line Count

The charge for transcription is on a per line basis where each line is calculated on a 65 character per line basis and not as a visible line. Each key click constitutes a character. Consequently, fonts, font sizing, spacing choices and the number of pages do not matter for determining transcription prices. This is fairest for our clients.

Invoicing

Billing for our transcription services are sent out electronically during the first week following the end of each month. Invoices are sent by e-mail and include a detailed log count for each dictation transcribed in the previous month. Payment is accepted by check or by EFT and is due by the 10th of the month.

No long term medical transcription contracts are necessary and Month to Month transcription services are provided should you so desire.
