R Square Infosystems Pvt Ltd. runs the R Square Institute of Medical Transcription which trains individuals to become high quality Transcriptionists. The trainees go through a comprehensive training program of 350 Hours which includes lessons on theory to improve language skills and the use and understanding of Medical Terms. In addition they have quality work time on computers for actual Transcription. The Trainees undergo a specialized training program that enables them to interpret and transcribe dictations by corporates, lawyers, physicians, and other health care and insurance professionals accurately. Each trainee receives intensive training conducted at the company's specialized and well-equipped training facility. Weekly tests are conducted to measure the progress of the Transcription Apprentices. Those who consistently meet the standards set for theory and transcription, graduate at the end of the program to become quality Transcriptionists.
